SOEDER's origins are in retail. Before we started producing soap, we ran a small concept store on Ankerstrasse in district 4 of Zurich. We know how demanding and dynamic this business is. Especially when it comes to natural care products that need explanation and a sensory experience, retail and the people behind it are more than essential for success. High-quality ingredients are not the only thing that matters to us: we want to avoid waste and therefore rely on an extensive network of refill stations. This has helped us to retain very loyal customers in the long term - even beyond the Swiss borders. Refills already account for more than 50% of sales in our own stores.
