RETAIL
SOEDER has its own origins in retail. Before we went into soap production, we ran a small concept store ourselves on Ankerstrasse in Kreis 4 in Zurich. We know how demanding and dynamic this business is. Especially when it comes to natural care, which has to be explained and made tangible to the senses, retail and the people behind it are more than essential to be successful. It's not just high-quality ingredients that are important to us: we want to avoid waste, which is why we rely on an extensive network of refill stations. This has helped us to retain very loyal customers over the long term - and beyond Switzerland's borders. In our own stores, more than 50% of sales are already refills.
