You can return your purchase after receipt as follows:
Within 7 days: Money back to the value of the returned goods.
- If you have chosen "purchase on account" and only part of your order is returned, you will receive an adjusted invoice from our partner PowerPay (the first invoice will then be forfeited).
- If you paid by Postcard e-finance, Twint, Maestro or credit card, a refund will be triggered automatically.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
Shopping in the shop
- Items purchased from the store can be returned within 30 days.
- You will receive a voucher for the value of the returned goods.
- Returned items must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging including receipt.
- All items to be returned must be sent in as-new condition and in the original packaging, including order confirmation or receipt, to the following address (with sufficient postage):

- Returns can also be made directly to our stores.
In the following cases, a return cannot be guaranteed:
- Care products, underwear and sale items cannot be returned.
- Traces of use on the product
- Products without original packaging
- Products that have been damaged by the return shipment
- Items lost during return shipping (we recommend keeping your return receipt and tracking number).
- It is not possible to exchange online purchases. For this, a new order must be placed via the online shop.
- An exchange of products purchased in the store is generally possible on site, but depends on the availability of the product.
