Returns
You can return your purchase as follows after receipt:
Online Purchase
Online Purchase
- Within 7 days: Refund to the value of the returned goods.
- If you have chosen «purchase on account» and only part of your order is returned, you will receive an adjusted invoice from our partner PowerPay (the first invoice will then expire).
- If you paid using Postcard E-Finance, Twint, Maestro or credit card, a refund will be triggered automatically.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In-store purchase
- Items purchased in the store can be returned within 30 days.
- You will receive a voucher to the value of the returned goods.
- Returned items must not show any signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging, including the receipt.
Return shipping
- All items to be returned must be sent in mint condition and in the original packaging, including order confirmation or receipt, to the following address (with sufficient postage):

Unfortunately, a return cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:
- Care products and sale items cannot be returned
- Traces of usage on the product
- Products without original packaging
- Products that have been damaged by the return shipment
- Items lost during return shipping (we recommend keeping the receipt and tracking number of your return)
Exchange
- It is not possible to exchange online purchases. A new order must be placed via the online shop for this purpose.
- An exchange of products purchased in the store is generally possible on site, but depends on the availability of the product.
