1. Processing & Tracking
We'll pack your order as quickly as possible. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on business days are usually handed over to our shipping partner, UPS, on the same day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a UPS tracking link.

Austria, Italy, France, and the UK
- Shipping Method: UPS Standard Package Shipping
- Cost: EUR 15.00
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
3. Customs & Taxes
So that you don't have to worry about a thing and don't incur any unexpected costs upon delivery, Soeder handles all customs clearance. We cover all applicable taxes and duties for cross-border shipments in full.
4. Important Notes
Shipping Hazardous Materials (Hand Sanitizer)
Due to legal shipping regulations, our hand sanitizer is classified as a hazardous material. This product is available exclusively in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany.
Damage During Shipping
If a package arrives damaged, please report the damage directly to the UPS driver. Then contact our customer service team with photos of the item and the packaging so we can find a solution quickly.
