When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on business days are typically handed over to UPS the same day. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link.
Where does Soeder ship to, and how long does it take?
We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and 3–5 business days for the other countries listed.
How much does shipping cost?
In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, shipping costs CHF 8.20 and is free for orders of CHF 70.00 or more. Shipping to Germany costs EUR 5.00 and is free for orders of EUR 70.00 or more. Shipping to Austria, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom costs EUR 15.00.
Are there additional customs duties on international orders?
No. According to our shipping terms, Soeder handles customs clearance as well as any applicable taxes and duties for cross-border shipments.
Can I order hand sanitizer to any country?
No. Due to shipping regulations, we deliver hand sanitizer exclusively to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany.
What payment options are available?
On soeder.ch, TWINT, PostFinance E-Finance, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal are available. Individual customers with a residential address in Switzerland can also order on account under certain conditions.
Can I return an online order?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
Can I return an item I bought online?
Direct exchanges for online purchases are not possible. Please return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the product you want.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Report the damage to the UPS driver as soon as possible. Then contact our customer service and send photos of the merchandise and the packaging.
