During your internship, you will work at one of the company's most exciting interfaces - where product marketing, creation, brand experience, sales, production and management come together to bring brands to life.

YOUR TASKS IN MARKETING
It's really varied here: sometimes creative, sometimes strategic, sometimes hands-on.

• Thinking and helping to shape digital campaigns - whether social media, newsletters, websites or paid ads.
• Helping to develop content plans, organizing content and ensuring that everything goes online at the right time.
• Working on cool ideas for product launches and seasonal campaigns and supporting their implementation.
• Help plan events in the stores or in the Factory and support them live.
• Research, try things out, take on small projects yourself - and get your own ideas rolling.
  

YOUR TASKS IN THE INTERNAL & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT

Many threads come together here - organizational talent, communication skills and a good sense of timing are required.

• Stay in contact with various teams such as Design, E-Com and Retail and coordinate the exchange.
• Keep an overview with task tracking via tools such as monday.com - so that projects run smoothly.
• Prepare presentations for the management - of course in close consultation with the marketing and creative team.
• In the area of Corporate Communications, contribute to the creation of press and influencer distribution lists, prepare press materials and support with seedings.
  

YOU BRING WITH YOU

You don't have to be able to do everything perfectly - but you do have to be keen to get stuck in and help shape things.

• You are studying something related to communication, marketing, media, culture or something similar that suits us.
• You find brands, good design and sustainable products exciting - especially when it comes to creative digital storytelling.
• Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn? Do you know. Tools like Later or Meta Business Manager? You like to learn.
• You are organized, creative, write confidently in German & English and have a good feel for topics and trends - whether skincare, art, music, fashion or lifestyle.
• You may have already worked with tools such as Klaviyo (newsletter), Shopify (CMS) or Google Slides - or you may be confident that you can quickly get to grips with them.
• Some experience with the Adobe Creative Suite - especially Photoshop - is a plus.
