MACHINE WASH
Choose a mild organic detergent
Even if the fabric would tolerate a higher temperature, we recommend washing at 40 degrees
Only spin lightly
Do not overload the washing machine
If ironing is desired, steam iron the slightly damp towel
Hang the towels to dry in the fresh air
Wash with similar colours

HAND WASHING
Choose a mild organic detergent
Wash in lukewarm or cold water
Leave for ten minutes, moving gently
Please do not pull or wring tightly - this can wear out the fabric
Rinse the detergent well
Hang or lie to dry
Leave to dry in the fresh air

Linen is a natural material that has not been pre-washed. This means that during the first few washes, individual fibres may come off the product that are still from the spinning and weaving process. This is a natural process that will subside after a while and has no effect on the quality and durability of the towel. The fibres that fall off are 100% biodegradable.
